We are currently seeking an conveyancing paralegal/assistant to join our very busy Conveyancing department in our North West London branch. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and will train hands on.

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

Responsibilities will include:

Job Type: Full-time

-The role involves assisting 2-3 fee earners

– putting together sales packs

– dealing with files from exchange through to post completion

– Excellent telephone manner
– Reception duties (face to face)
– Maintaining relationship with clients
– SDLT returns and making payment
– Registering and liasing with land registry
– Ordering conveyancing searches
– Filing/archiving
– Photocopying/scanning
– Opening new client file and setting up new matters
– Banking duties
– Handling post and DX
– Maintaining archiving log
